The launch of JACK-FM Cinema seems to be off the reel again, and this time for a longer period of time than expected.

– Permit negotiations for Jack FM Cinema
were stalled today due to the
California
State budget crisis. After several hours of intense negotiations,
an anonymous source from Jack FM released the following
statement:
“Until a budget is passed, the State of
California can no longer afford
the paper required to print the applications Jack FM needs to move forward. Jack FM is pursuing several avenues to
resolve this issue as quickly as possible.”
The Speculator believes those avenues include additional
investments in the timber industry, the purchase of a dilapidated paper mill in
a remote location, and/or buying a ream of paper.
Yesterday Jack FM delayed plans to make a big
announcement about Jack FM Cinema.
