A woman was arrested after she broke into a neighbor’s home... naked.
Police were called to a home for reports of a burglary in progress, and when the officers met with the homeowners, they identified Haley Ann Nicole Blunt, as the woman who broke a window and entered their residence.
Lake City Police Officers approached the front door and saw Blunt,
“she was nude and bleeding from injuries she sustained while breaking the window and entering the residence.” police said.
Blunt was taken to a hospital before being taken to the Columbia County Detention Center, as officers learned that Blunt lived nearby and left her two young children home alone during the burglary. The children were turned over to a family member, and Blunt faces charges of burglary, child neglect and criminal mischief.
No word on how she was going to take the things she stole since she didn't have any pockets. You know, cause she was naked.
