There's no word on what they've been looking for, but FBI agents have been looking through a landfill today near the school where Dzhohkar Tsarnaev was a sophomore. An aerial photo in today's Boston Globe showed a line of more than 20 investigators picking over the garbage with shovels or rakes. As for the suspect himself, he was moved overnight from a Boston hospital to a federal prison medical center about 40 miles from Boston.
And there's more mystery surrounding the family of the Boston Marathon bombing suspects. Two officials tell The Associated Press that the mother of the suspects had been added to a government terrorism database, 18 months before the bombing. The woman says it's all "lies and hypocrisy," and that she's never been linked to crimes or terrorism. Officials say the CIA had asked for her and her older son to be added to a terrorist database after the Russian government expressed concerns that both had become religious militants.
